Practicing primarily in banking and real estate finance. Focusing on: Commercial and real estate lending: representation of commercial banks, financial institutions and borrowers in all types of secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions; extensive experience in complex work-outs and restructures of commercial transactions; representation of commercial banks, financial institutions, developers and other borrowers in real estate transactions; representation of bond trustees, issuers and purchasers in general obligation financing, hospital and private activity bond issues.
