Areas of Practice
Practicing primarily in commercial litigation and civil trial matters involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, declaratory judgment, negligence and defamation. Focusing on: Shareholder/partnership disputes: representation of shareholders, partners, members, managers, directors, officers and entities (corporations, limited and general partnerships, and limited liability companies) in disputes involving buy/sell agreements, breaches of contract, usurpation of opportunities, negligence, malfeasance, acquisitions and dissolutions. Real Estate: disputes involving encroachments, boundary lines, land use, restrictive covenants, easements, title insurance, liens, purchase and sale agreements, condominiums, construction and financing documents; and representation of both landlords and tenants in disputes involving retail, office, and industrial leases. Finance: Representation of lenders, borrowers, and guarantors, with respect to disputes involving financing, workouts and debt restructuring.
