Precision and consistency
Bill Johnson likes precision. It's how he approaches the banking and real estate finance transactions that make up his primary practice. Bill's focus is on commercial and real estate lending, which includes representation of commercial banks, financial institutions and borrowers in all types of secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions. He has extensive experience in complex workouts and restructures of commercial transactions, and has represented commercial banks, financial institutions, developers and other borrowers in real estate transactions. Bill has also represented bond trustees, issuers and purchasers in general obligation financing, hospital and private activity bond issues.
Bill is also precise with his hobbies. When he's not woodworking, he's racing vintage racecars or teaching others in his role as a driving instructor.
