Lauren Reeves thrives on structure. Since joining Nathan Sommers Jacobs in 2007, Lauren’s practice has encompassed all facets of financing in connection with commercial and real estate transactions. Her experience includes representation of financial institutions in an array of financing matters, including traditional commercial loans, project financing, letter of credit transactions and various modification and loan assumption matters. Her experience also includes the representation of financial institutions in connection with foreclosures and loan workouts.
