“Preparation is everything.”
Drive and accessibility
Kent Altsuler “can handle the truth.” His primary practice is in commercial litigation and civil trial matters involving real estate, breach of contract, medical malpractice defense, fraud, copyright, breach of fiduciary duty, employment issues, declaratory judgment, non-competes, negligence, defamation, property damage, environmental contamination, toxic torts, insurance, arbitration, trade secrets and fraudulent transfers. Kent is also a quick learner. That makes him further appreciate the open-door availability of all the firm’s attorneys.
He joined Nathan Sommers Jacobs in 2007, and, while he admits that A Few Good Men made an impression on him, the challenges of helping real-world clients on a day-to-day basis led Kent to become a trial lawyer.
