Chris Martin finishes what he starts. At Nathan Sommers Jacobs, his practice is in corporate and transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on the insurance industry. Whatever the transaction – providing outside general counsel representation, negotiating and preparing business contracts, helping businesses organize, negotiating equity investments and financing activities, advising on regulatory compliance, counseling on corporate governance issues or managing complex mergers and acquisitions — Chris stays involved with the process throughout. He values being down the hall from the broad general knowledge of law all the attorneys in the firm bring to the practice.
He also values the long-term relationships he and the firm have been able to build with clients. Chris credits that and his collaboration with Dave Washburn for helping expand and develop the firm’s corporate practice area.
