C. Maxwell Rizzo

Max is an associate in the real estate and corporate sections of Nathan Sommers Jacobs. His real estate practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing of all types of commercial real estate, including micro hospitals, condominium projects, office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial developments and unimproved property. In Max’s corporate practice, he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, business organization, entity creation and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Max worked in the equity capital markets section of one of Singapore’s leading law firms, representing clients in connection with proposed initial public offerings (IPOs) in Singapore and around Southeast Asia. Max’s international experience gives him a unique perspective for advising clients with local and global business objectives.
Away from the office, Max spends his time traveling and playing basketball.
