Ann Jacobs practices primarily in commercial lending and public finance. In commercial lending, her focus is on representing financial institutions in all types of secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions, including syndicated credit facilities and the financing of complex commercial transactions. Ann has extensive experience in workouts and restructures of all types of lending and business transactions and in all areas of tax exempt finance, including healthcare and private bond transactions. For more than 30 years, Ann has earned a distinguished reputation not only as a skilled and practical drafter of documents, but also as a counselor to financial institutions and their senior management.

Ann leads the finance group at Nathan Sommers Jacobs, and is relentlessly dedicated to her clients. She is supportive of youth in general and the next generation of Nathan Sommers Jacobs attorneys in particular. When she’s not helping clients, she spends as much time as she can riding her horse on her ranch.
